Leading the discussion is Amy Goodson, Program Manager of the Leadership and Culture Platform at KY-MEP. Her background in DISC behavioral analysis and certification as a Diversity Professional support her inclusive, practical approach to building strong, resilient teams. Amy will guide a conversation around strategies to nurture emerging leaders and create cultures where they can thrive.

Automation Integration Research Engineer, KY-MEP

This panel discusses the impact and future of automation in manufacturing, focusing on solving current challenges and enhancing productivity. Leading the discussion is Cassidy Caid, Automation Integration Research Engineer at KY-MEP, who has over a decade of experience in automation systems. Currently working at the Louisville Automation and Robotic Research Institute (LARRI) with Dr. Dan Popa, Cassidy merges practical and research insights on leveraging robotics to maintain competitiveness. Expect a lively discussion on implementation strategies, innovation trends, and making automation accessible for all manufacturers.
